Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, with the original packaging intact.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods like food, flowers etc. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email that we’ve received the item. We’ll also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a set number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first double-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company—sometimes it takes a little longer before the refund is officially posted. Then, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please get in touch with us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to us. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Times for Exchanges
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
